Each member may submit a case to the other members for advice on its resolution. In order to preserve professional secrecy, the case is submitted anonymously, so the members do not have the possibility to know the identity of the client. After collecting advice and answers, the lawyer in charge of the case constructs his legal reasoning and defense strategy.
